Emergency/critical incidents that require immediate corrective action, must be reported by telephone to the BroadForward helpdesk.
BroadForward provides regular product training sessions for customers and partners. In addition to explanations about operating BFX, this training also provides hands-on practicing of different use cases. Training takes place on various locations.
2023 Training locations and dates:
- Amersfoort (Netherlands): 14 – 16 March 2023
- Atlanta (USA, Georgia): 27 – 29 June 202
- Amersfoort (Netherlands): 5 – 7 September 2023
- Singapore (Singapore): 28 – 30 November 2023
Training sessions are limited to a maximum of 12 participants. Registrations are on a first come first serve basis.
Although it’s recommended and preferred to have participants joining the training on location, it is possible to attend the classroom remotely via a dedicated video conference bridge.
